Community Impact
Our three programs are making a difference in the community.
CCNA Cares Initiative
As part of our CCNA Cares Initiative to keep our citizens informed, inspired, and empowered, CCNA hosts regular discussions, town hall meetings, community forums, and workshops focused on total community health. Topics include Mental Health Awareness, Home Safety, COVID, Eye Care/Glaucoma, and much more.
Total health, which includes mind, body, and spirit, is our vision for a thriving community. To that end, we produce a regular series of public service announcements, video interviews, and voices of neighbors sharing their stories of encouragement.
These include:
- It’s OK to Talk (when feeling down or stressed)
- Love Your Eyes (to prevent Glaucoma & other eye health issues)
- Get Your Shot (to take COVID vaccines)
Our mission is to advocate for EQUITY in Education, Social Justice, and Health.
