Donna Walker James joined the Board of Concerned Citizens Network of Alexandria (CCNA) in July 2017 and now serves as Treasurer. James is Executive Director of Agenda:Alexandria one day a week and also works with several Alexandria non-profit organizations including Goodwin House Foundation and First Night Alexandria.

Previously, James held positions at Volunteer Alexandria, Senior Services of Alexandria, Friends of Guest House, and the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria. She was Vice President for a family-owned real estate company and still serves as Operations Manager for her husband’s heating and air conditioning business, HonestAire.

James also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Living Legends of Alexandria. She is a T.C. Williams Graduate and received a BA in Urban Studies and a Masters in Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
